- 3-night minimum required: Wednesday 12/30, Thursday 12/31, and Friday 1/1.

How to Book — Sub-Block Requests
Troupes reserve rooms through an FCT sub-block. Complete the Hotel Sub-Block Request Form and return it to Wendy Tolly at FCTwendyt@gmail.com.
Once your sub-block form is received, a booking link specialized for your troupe will be obtained from the hotel and emailed to you.
Policies to Know
- Booking links expire; rooms not reserved in time are released back to FCT’s main block and offered to the waiting list.
- Cards are charged the full amount within 24–72 hours of booking.
- No refunds, cancellations, or shortened stays.
